Baseline Sports Construction was selected as a subcontractor on the project headed up by general contractor Johnson and Galyon. Baseline was responsible for the construction of the two full size soccer and multi purpose synthetic turf fields. Work included site grading, drainage construction, laser grading of stone base work, concrete curbing, irrigation install and turf installation. Also in Baseline’s scope was the install of protective netting surrounding the fields as well as soccer goals. The project was a joint effort between the City of Knoxville, the Sansom Family and the Haslam Family. Daily operation of the facilities is funded and maintained by Emerald Youth Foundation.

The complex is home to a health center, gymnasium, worship arts studio, community center and cafe as well as offices and a weight training facility.
