Baseline offers design services for natural and synthetic turf construction and installation for existing sports field conversions as well as new fields. We can supply drainage design, elevation determination, and layout for new construction. We will also install the sand/stone sub base for turf and install the turf, playing lines, and logos. For natural turf Baseline will outline a grow in plan with mowing and fertilization. For synthetic, Baseline has access to a number of synthetic turf manufacturers, but we enjoy an excellent working relationship with Shaw Sports Turf.
As the number of conversions from natural grass to synthetic fields grows, the need for knowledgeable testing and maintenance also grows. Baseline tests each field installed for proper depth of infill as well conducting the ASTM F1936 standard test for safety using impact attenuation. The process, also known as G-Max testing can give hard facts showing a “health snapshot” of an existing or new field. Able to test and repair as well as provide maintenance equipment such as field groomers, Baseline can help you get the most of out a new field to ensure the investment performs as long as possible.
