A New Era for Seahawks Athletics
Silverdale Baptist Academy upgraded its athletic facilities with a conversion from natural grass to synthetic turf across three venues: the football stadium, baseball field, and softball field. Baseline Sports’ transformation delivers consistent, durable playing surfaces that stand up to heavy use year-round while reducing maintenance demands and downtime for the school's athletic programs. The result is a safer, more reliable environment for student-athletes across multiple sports. The work took place in phases and included improvements to scoreboards, lights, practice facilities, and more.
The Silverdale Seahawks are stepping onto a whole new playing field — literally. With the conversion to synthetic turf, student-athletes now train and compete on some of the finest facilities in the region.
This upgrade means more than just a fresh look. Rain or shine, teams can count on a consistent, true playing surface every game and every practice — no more postponed games due to muddy fields or inconsistent footing. The new turf stands up to the demands of multiple teams and seasons, and helps keep athletes safer on the field.
For the Seahawks football, baseball, and softball programs, this investment reflects SBA’s ongoing commitment to providing student-athletes with first-class facilities that support their growth, competitiveness, and love of the game. Go Seahawks!
